Padel is not a side project.
It is where we work.
Rallio is built by Jusis Training — a sports-training association whose coaches and kinesitherapists spend their days inside two Vilnius padel arenas. We built the platform we kept wishing existed between sessions.
From Olympic preparation to the court next door
“We are not only a sports club — we are a health club. Everything a body needs to keep playing should be in one place.”
Mantas JusisFounder, Jusis Training
Jusis Training was founded by Mantas Jusis, a Lithuanian coach with more than a decade behind him and athletes who have set world records and won Olympic medals. The methods that got them there are not secret and not exotic: measure honestly, find the actual cause, fix it in order, and keep the person training week after week.
The association exists to make that same preparation available to people who are never going to compete at the Games. An amateur with a sore shoulder gets the assessment a sprinter gets. The programme is smaller, the reasoning is identical.
Both of our sites sit inside padel arenas, so padel is what we see all day: players who cannot find a fourth, coaches running their week out of a notebook, arena staff answering the same booking question forty times. That is where Rallio started.
What we do when we are not writing software
Seven services, one team, one building. A player who arrives with a painful elbow is assessed, treated and retrained by people who talk to each other.
Strength, power, speed and endurance, programmed for a season rather than a week.
Clinical movement assessment and hands-on work for pain that keeps coming back.
The road back after an injury, from first pain-free movement to full training load.
Recovery between hard sessions, and treatment when soft tissue is the problem.
Posture and movement quality — the quiet cause behind most shoulder and back complaints.
Functional movement analysis, manual muscle testing and biomechanics, so progress is measured and not guessed.
Practical plans for adults, athletes and children, built by a qualified dietitian.
Four people walk through the door
Preparing for a season, holding form through it, and getting to the end of it uninjured.
A first structured programme, supervised, so the first month does not end in an injury.
Backs, shoulders and joints. We look for the cause rather than treating the loudest symptom.
Professional supervision, and a room where showing up regularly is normal.
The problems we watched every single day
Nothing on this platform came out of a workshop. Each part of it replaces something we were doing by hand in the arena.
Three players and a group chat is not a game. Rallio matches the fourth by level and by time, so an open slot fills instead of dying.
Sessions, packages, cancellations and payments lived in a notebook and three chat threads. Now they live in one place that the player can see too.
Availability, prices, who is on which court. Publishing it once is faster than answering it forty times, and it fills the empty hours.
Twenty people, and none of them fictional
Coaches, kinesitherapists, massage therapists and a dietitian. Most of them competed themselves, and several still do.
Runs the training methodology: programme design, functional movement analysis, manual muscle testing and biomechanical assessment. More than ten years coaching athletes to world records and Olympic medals.
Runs the business side — partnerships, the arenas we work with, and the commercial decisions behind both the training association and Rallio.
Specialists
Track and field, CrossFit, parkour and calisthenics backgrounds — which is why nobody here treats padel as the only way to move.
