These terms are the agreement between you and the company that runs Rallio. They set out what Rallio does, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. By creating an account you accept them.

What Rallio is

Rallio is a padel platform for Lithuania. It brings court availability, open games, matches, coaches, events and rankings into one place, and lets you organise play or join someone else's.

Arenas appear on Rallio in one of two ways. A partner arena is bookable end to end here. Every other arena is listed: we show its timetable and prices and send you to the arena's own booking page to finish. Which one you are looking at is marked on the arena's page.

Rallio is where padel gets arranged. The padel itself — the court, the coaching, the event — is provided by an arena, a coach or the player who organised it, not by us.

Who runs Rallio

Rallio is operated by the company named below, a small partnership (mažoji bendrija) registered in Lithuania. Where these terms say we, us or Rallio, that is who they mean.

Your account

You can browse most of Rallio without an account. You need one to join a game, book, message anyone or post.

You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account. If you are under 18, you may use Rallio only with the agreement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms together with you.

If you are under 16, a parent or guardian gives consent for optional analytics and advertising on your behalf — everything the account needs to work runs without that consent either way.

Keep your details accurate. Other players, coaches and arenas rely on your name and your level being real.

Your login is yours alone. Keep it to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it.

One account per person. Where we built a profile from public professional information — a coach listing, for example — it belongs to that person the moment they claim it.

Who you are contracting with when you book

When you book a court, take a seat in a game, register for an event or book a coach, that agreement is between you and the arena, the coach or the player who organised it. Rallio arranges it, and takes the payment where the seller has set that up, but we do not provide the service and we are not a party to that agreement.

This matters when something goes wrong. The arena decides whether a court booking can move. The coach decides whether a session can be rescheduled. The organiser decides who plays in their match.

At a listed arena we do less still: we show you the timetable and send you to the arena's own booking system, where the arena's own terms apply, not these.

Paying for things

Prices are in euros and shown before you pay. Where VAT applies it is included in the price, and accounting for it is the seller's responsibility, not ours.

Card and bank payments run through our payment provider, Montonio. Where the money goes depends on what you bought:

  • Court bookings, game seats, events, camps and training programmes — to the arena's own payment account. The money does not pass through Rallio.
  • Coach sessions and lesson packages — to the coach. Some coaches take payment directly instead, by transfer or at the court; their profile says which.
  • Match seats, court resales and marketplace items — into the Rallio credit balance of the player who organised or sold it.

An arena or coach who has not set up payments cannot be paid through Rallio. There you settle with them directly, and we hold no record of that payment.

A seat or court you have not paid for is held for a limited time — 15 minutes unless the page says otherwise — and then released to someone else.

Cancellations, refunds and no-shows

The arena, coach or organiser sets the cancellation window, and it is shown to you before you pay.

  • Cancel inside the window and the seller refunds you, to the method you paid with.
  • Cancel after it and the payment is not refundable, unless the seller agrees.
  • If the arena, coach or organiser cancels, you are refunded in full.
  • Not turning up counts as cancelling after the window.

Refunds are made by whoever received the money. We will help you reach them, and for anything that was paid into a Rallio credit balance we handle the refund ourselves.

Court time, coaching and events are booked for a specific date and time. Under Lithuanian consumer law the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them — the cancellation window above is what you have instead.

Repeated no-shows lower your reliability score, which other players can see when they pick who to play with.

Rallio credits

A Rallio credit balance is a euro balance held inside Rallio. It comes from a top-up, from a refund paid back into your balance, or from someone paying you for a seat you organised.

Credits are worth their face value in euros inside Rallio. They earn no interest, and they are not a deposit held with a bank.

You can ask us to pay a balance out to your bank account. We check the request and pay out what you are owed.

If you want to close your account while holding a balance, ask for the payout first.

An arena may separately give you credit that only works at that arena. That follows the arena's own rules and is not a Rallio credit balance.

What Rallio costs

Rallio is free. We charge players nothing and coaches nothing, and we take no commission and no booking fee out of what you pay an arena or a coach. What the arena or coach charges is what you pay.

If we ever introduce a fee, we will tell you at least 30 days before it starts, and it will never apply to a booking you have already made.

Court availability and listed arenas

Availability for listed arenas is collected automatically from arenas' public timetables, on a schedule. It is a copy taken at a moment in time, not a live view of the arena's system.

So a slot can be taken between our last check and your click. We show when each source was last updated, and mark data as stale or a source as unavailable when it is. A booking exists only once the arena confirms it.

We do not guarantee that the availability, prices or opening hours shown for a listed arena are current. The arena's own booking page is the authority.

Ratings, results and disputes

Rallio keeps two separate ratings: an arena rating (ELO) earned from recorded game results, and a community rating earned from match results. We calculate both.

Results are entered by the players who played. If a result is wrong, raise it within 7 days — after that it stands.

Do not manipulate ratings. No invented results, no arranged losses, no second account to farm one. We can correct a rating, remove a result and close an account over it.

How you behave, and what you post

Treat other players, coaches and arena staff decently. No harassment, threats, discrimination or spam.

You are responsible for what you post — photos, comments, reviews, messages and marketplace listings.

Do not post anything illegal, anything untrue about a person or a business, anyone else's personal data, or content you do not have the right to use.

A review has to be about something you actually experienced.

We can remove content and restrict an account. If you see something that breaks these rules, report it and we will look at it.

Do not scrape Rallio, resell its data, or automate access to it without our written agreement.

Playing padel is at your own risk

Padel is a physical sport and you play at your own risk.

Make sure you are fit to play and that you have your own health and accident insurance. Rallio does not insure you.

The arena is responsible for the condition of its courts and premises. We do not inspect them.

Coaches and arenas

A coach on Rallio runs their own business. They are not our employee and not our agent. They set their own prices and their own terms, and they are responsible for their own taxes, qualifications and insurance.

The same goes for an arena: its courts, prices, opening hours and cancellation rules are its own.

If you are a coach or an arena, you are responsible for your profile being accurate, for the sessions and bookings you accept, and for the legal and tax obligations of your business. Anything you upload has to be yours to use.

A profile we built from public professional information stays factual, and can be corrected, claimed or removed at your request — the privacy notice explains how.

Our content and yours

Rallio — the platform, the software, the design, the name and the logo — belongs to us. Using Rallio gives you no rights over them.

What you post stays yours. You give us permission to store it, show it and share it inside Rallio and on Rallio's own channels for as long as you keep it posted.

Suspending or closing an account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that harms other people on the platform, or that we are legally required to act on. Where we can, we tell you why first.

Closing an account does not cancel bookings you have already made, or money you already owe.

What we are responsible for

We work to keep Rallio running and its information correct, but we do not promise that it is uninterrupted or free of errors.

We are not responsible for the padel service itself — the court, the coaching, the event — or for what an arena, a coach or another player does or fails to do.

We are responsible for damage we cause you by breaking these terms, up to what was reasonably foreseeable when you accepted them.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our fault, for intentional harm or gross negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Lithuanian law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by these terms.

Neither of us is responsible for a failure caused by something genuinely outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We can change these terms — for a new feature, for a change in the law, or to make something clearer.

For a material change we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Smaller changes we publish here with a new date at the top.

If you keep using Rallio after a change takes effect, you have accepted it. If you would rather not, delete your account.

Governing law and disputes

Lithuanian law applies to these terms.

Come to us first. Write to us at the address below and we will answer within 14 days. Almost everything ends there.

If you are a consumer and we cannot agree, you can take the matter to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, vvtat.lt) or to a court. You keep the right to bring a case in the courts of the country you live in.

For anything about your personal data, write to our privacy address. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI, vdai.lrv.lt).

If you are not a consumer — a coaching business, an arena or another company — disputes go to the courts at our registered office.
