Do players or coaches ever pay to use Rallio?+
No. Players and coaches join for free. Players pay only for the court or coaching they book; coaches keep their earnings minus a small booking commission (or a flat rate you agree with us).
How much does an arena pay?+
We don't publish arena pricing yet — every club is quoted individually. What we can say up front: no high fees, no setup cost and no percentage of your bookings. In practice it comes out cheaper than the booking system most clubs already pay for, with a lot more included. Tell us how many courts you have and we'll come back with a number.
Is there a setup or onboarding cost?+
No. Onboarding and migration are included. We move your courts, pricing and existing bookings across and get you live, usually within a day, at no extra charge.
Am I locked into a contract?+
No. Plans are month-to-month. Stay as long as the platform earns its place — you can cancel any time and take your data with you.
